The 5 stars are for Dr. Collins and Dr. Bratton.He always treats patients with respect and upmost patience. The office manger(hasn't changed in 13 years) can be very friendly and helpful if she's in a pleasant mood.Assistants are immediately hired and thrown out to the public to assist and this has nothing to do with Dr. Collins, he has no control in the hiring process. IF you can ignore the ignorance displayed in the office in order to have Dr. Collins treat you, I would recommend it. Be aware, the assistants call in RX for patients(as they arrive in office) and sometimes due to lack of experience the Rx isn't filled due to misinformation or simply forgetting to call the RX in. Be sure your prescription is called in and ask for the name of the individual who called in Rx as well as time(they are trained to document this) In no way do intend to speak badly on the practice but I don't think its fair Dr. Collins reviews are accurate due to his lack of professional partners. Dr. Bratton is wonderful and vigilant and he was last located at stone crest, but he may be practicing alongside Dr. Collins in Fayetteville . I hope this helps.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had!!!! THE BEST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!!! I’m PREGNANT 23weeks and needed two teeth pulled the first dentist I went to was awful I felt everything!!! I started sweating really bad and shaking.. I felt EVERYTHING!!! He couldn’t pull the other tooth because of how scared I was but I was more ready to leave then I was to go and get it pulled.. Then I went Dr.Collins I was really nervous because of the pain the last dentist had put me in and I didn’t want my blood pressure to rise again because it’s not safe for the baby.. Dr.Collins and his team was perfect I didn’t feel ANYTHING.. nothing at all!!! I was waiting to feel a big tugg or feel him rip the tooth out but I didn’t then he said okay your all done... I was so shocked it was sooo fast and no pain and I was woke during the whole process.. I couldn’t do anything but start clapping!!! Thank you sooo much Dr.Collins and your team you guys are amazing!!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Oh and his wait time is no longer then 7mins which is perfect you are in and out quickly !!!
