Ok where do I start!?!? All I can say is absolutely the best. Every staff I had an encounter with was extremely nice and cared for all my needs. The office was extremely clean even the restroom. I was extremely nervous from being traumatized from another office. When I tell you I was nervous for nothing. Wish they had an general office in my home town. They would have allllll my business. 10/10 I highly recommend.

I had extensive dental surgery today to have all of my remaining teeth removed, and this was one of the most painful and traumatic medical experiences I have ever had. I paid an additional $200 for sedation. Despite that, I was not sedated. I was awake and aware throughout the entire procedure. By the time I left, my entire face was in excruciating pain. On the ride home, my mother told me I was shaking so violently and uncontrollably from the pain that I looked like I was having seizures. I could not control the shaking. I understand that dental surgery is not supposed to be comfortable, and I expected pain afterward. What I did not expect was to pay specifically for sedation, remain awake for the entire procedure, and then leave after having all of my teeth removed in so much uncontrolled pain that my body was physically shaking. Patients deserve to know exactly what they are paying for and what kind of sedation and pain control they will actually receive. If you are considering extensive dental work here, especially full-mouth extractions, ask very specific questions beforehand about the type of sedation being provided, whether you are expected to remain conscious, how your pain will be controlled during the procedure, and what will be done for pain immediately afterward. I would never want another patient to experience what I experienced today.
