I have a very complicated issue, maybe not complicated just finding someone who wants to deal with it. I had an appointment consultation, I thought that everything went ok and was told that I will receive a phone call but never did. I even waited before I called up until about a few weeks ago because I just had concerns. I wanted some sort of input since I still haven’t received an original call and I left my contact no call back that was disappointing. I will say it does seem like he knows about his craft but the level of communication with some of the other reviewers I experienced that. When you’re looking for help and assistance and you can’t reach out or it feels like people don’t wanna help then of course that causes other problems. I’m disappointed because although they were nice I still wasn’t able to get my issue resolved or guidance follow-up.
